How to reduce your Notes application development time by 15% (continued)

See ya next month
This month, I've laid out the first four steps that you'll need to build a world-class toolkit for you organization's Lotus Notes developers. Next month, I'll cover user interface standards and developer support databases and in January I'll discuss an approach for handling keywords and database lookups for all custom applications in your domain. February will be a wrap up that ties all of the tools in your kit together with a document library database and version control process.

Whew! It's a long road but the destination is definitely worth the trip. What does your organization do to help its developers be more productive? What kinds of tools are in your toolkit? I'd love to know. Write me at recheand@tacticatech.com.
