Lotus Notes and Domino job sites (continued)
JustNotesJobs.com This is definitely a site to watch in the Lotus Notes and Domino job listing area. On their home page, shown in Figure B, JustNotesJobs.com says that its goal is to be the premier online community for Lotus Notes career development, and I really think they're serious about this goal. You can check JustNotesJobs.com out at http://www.justnotesjobs.com/.

One of the great features when you arrive at the home page is the quick search feature. This feature allows you to quickly search for jobs by state or jobs at Lotus, Iris, or IBM. If there are too many listings in your state to wade through, go to the search jobs link on the menu bar to narrow down the results. One of my recommendations is to enter an area code in the keywords field to help hone in on the jobs you want.
As of January 5, 2000, the JustNotesJobs site was boasting 1,500 listings. This definitely makes the site a must-visit for any Lotus Notes and Domino jobs seeker. Some of the listings are a bit old, though, so you might want to narrow your search down to jobs posted in the last 30-60 days.
Lotus Notes Jobs This site, shown in Figure C, doesn't list a lot of Lotus Notes and Domino jobs (52 as of January 4, 2000), but it does have an easy-to-use interface and can give you a quick overview of the types of positions available throughout the country. Lotus Notes Jobs was created by a company called Pure Power, which also has job listing sites for such technologies as COBOL, C++, and Visual Basic. For more information on this site, got to http://www.lotusnotesjobs.com.

Hopefully, Lotus Notes Jobs will have more listings in the future, but since it's such an easy site to quickly search you should definitely put it on your list of job sites today. Who knows, that one dream job you may be looking for might be found here.
LotusProfessional LotusProfessional, shown in Figure D, is a site that hasn't grown much since I first saw it a little over a year ago, but is nevertheless one of the standard sites I go to when researching jobs. A search for jobs posted in the last 30 days brought back just under 70 matches on January 4, 2000. Check them out at http://www.lotusprofessional.com/.

One highlight of LotusProfessional is that it's easy to search through the listings by using your state abbreviation. There's no way to do a sub-search, though, which means you might have to do a little bit of sifting to find what you want. This doesn't take long, however, since the total number of posted openings is usually around 100 by my estimate.
Jobs at Lotus Hey, here's your chance to work at Big Yellow! This link leads to a rather bland looking page, shown in Figure E, but if you follow the links on it you can possibly drill down to the job of your dreams. Don't worry, you don't necessarily have to move to Massachusetts to work for Lotus, there are plenty of opportunities available in other states as well. Visit the Lotus job site at http://www.lotus.com/home.nsf/welcome/jobs.
