A complete discussion of working with MMC would take an entire article in itself, but a good reference source if you need more information is Mark Minasi's book, Mastering Windows 2000 Server. It has a whole chapter on this subject. Actually, this book is probably a good resource for anyone who needs to know more about any given topic of Windows 2000 Server.
