Advanced building of DHTML views with Internet Explorer (continued)

Summary and conclusion
Hopefully this article will help you build your own DHTML view. If you wish to add more categories, just follow the same procedures I took to go from one to two categories (e.g., you'll need to add yet another </div> tag to the categories, etc.) It should be pretty easy to expand this a couple of categories further.

One thing to point out is the default number of rows. In my testing, I ran into this. Not all the rows in my sample were being shown. If you run into this, just create an embedded view instead of using the $$ViewBody field in your view template. With the embedded view, first change it to use HTML instead of the Java applet. Then you can specify how many rows should be displayed. This gets around that problem and should take care of things. I've tested this out in both Internet Explorer 4 and Internet Explorer 5 and haven't had any other problems. Hopefully, you won't either.
