Creating intelligent, adaptive applications (continued)
A better tomorrow today Whether it's student education (where self-paced, self-directed learning with automation-leveraged teachers helps students learn how to use the tools at hand for self-paced instruction); eHealth (where an aging population needs more quality care for less cost); or eBusiness (where corporations require the ability to capture, preserve, reuse, distribute, and leverage corporate knowledge to plan for profitability and competitive advantage); one thing is sure: monolithic applications with static structure like Data Warehousing and ERP can no longer keep pace with the rapid changes in business driven by the global Internet economy. As a result, modern, intelligent, adaptive applications will begin to take center stage as tomorrow's solutions today.
