Extensions for Notes: a full-featured, inexpensive CRM solution (continued)

Currently, the Office integration doesn't work when you're using the application through a Web browser. However, iEnterprises indicated to me that they are hard at work on developing Web-based Office integration. Another minor issue is that if your organization has already made changes to the standard Notes mail template, it can be cumbersome to deal with the optional mail template provided by iEnterprises, Inc. However, the changes are subtle, and since it's an optional feature, the application would work fine if you didn't install it.

Conclusion
I found that Extensions for Notes is a good choice for a company looking to get a CRM project up and running fast. The consistent and intuitive nature of the user interface should allow all your employees, not just technologically savvy ones, to get up and running quickly. The elaborate online documentation complete with video tutorials is refreshing. I can truly understand why iEnterprises touts its product as "CRM made simple."
