Cascading Style Sheets make you look good (continued)

Finally
Hopefully this month's article has shown you just how easy it is to get started with Cascading Style Sheets. It will only take you a few hours to bring some CSS magic into your applications.

If you'd like to see a Lotus Domino application that makes extensive use of Cascading Style Sheets, then you can check out my TaskMaster application, live on the Internet, by visiting http://www.touchdown.com.au/trytaskmaster.html.

All of the examples here use inline Style Sheets. In my next article, I'll show you how to use embedded and linked Style Sheets. They're real easy too.

Before you know it, the boss will be patting you on the head and your clients will be weeping with joy at the user interface masterpiece you've created.

A note regarding last month's article
I want to give a special acknowledgement and credit to Jake Howlett for last month'sarticle. Jake runs a blog (shorthand for weblog) over at http://www.codestore.net, and a fine blog it is too. One of Jake's how-to articles gave me the inspiration to use Javascript Arrays for dynamically updating drop-down fields, which was part of the essential essence of the solution. Jake's how-to article included some Javascript array update code that did the job just fine and formed part of the solution for my array update code, with some modifications and updates. So when you're looking for solutions to your Lotus Domino problems, I recommend visiting http://www.codestore.net. Again, my thanks go to Jake for his inspiration and his Javascript function!
