Track Four: best practices
Track Four covers the issue of best practices in the areas of development, administration, and business management. This track aims to provide technical information that will help you develop, administer, or implement Lotus-based solutions. Sessions include best practices for Notes 6 deployment; adding Lotus Workflow 3.0 to existing Notes applications; best practices in LotusScript; best practices for running Domino on UNIX and Linux; advanced collaboration; advanced integration of Notes 6 and Microsoft Office; controlling Spam Mail in your organization; Domino performance analysis and tuning tricks for the iSeries; security in clustering and high availability; using DHTML, Javascript, and XML from applications built with Domino Designer; and using Websphere with Domino & Aptrix Multi-Platform.

Track Five: case studies
Track Five presents customer case studies. In these sessions, you'll see how companies from a variety of industries are designing Lotus software solutions so that they can enhance the value of their workforce, increase collaboration, and take advantage of the collective knowledge within their organizations. Customers will share with you their successes and challenges in the areas of messaging, learning, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), knowledge management, supply chain optimization, and more.

Leveraging Lotus and IBM Technologies
New this year is a full day program called Leveraging Lotus and IBM Technologies. It will be held on Sunday, January 26. This roadmap of sessions is designed to walk you through the value of integrating Domino and other Lotus technologies with Websphere, Tivoli, and DB2. It will offer high-level strategies, best practices, and customer case studies.
