Getting the most out of your Domino.Doc installation (continued)
Uninstall Although it might not be relevant, as I am sure that you will keep using Domino.Doc for many years to come, a thing that I noticed is that it removes other registry entries (other than ODMA) when uninstalling the client. For example, if Norton Antivirus is installed, it will remove these entries.
Therefore, if rolling the ODMA out to many clients in an organization, it is recommended that a custom uninstall procedure be created.
This is the first in a continuing series on Domino.Doc. Stay tuned for my future installments.
Thomas Køcks, ex-Lotus employee, Domino developer, and integrator, can be reached at tkn@lotusdomino.dk.
