However, as explained in the last section, there's still the chance that legitimate email may be marked as spam. If mail from your customer is blocked, he might have second thoughts about your "service," and naturally, that's not the result we would like to have. Therefore, you might prefer the Log and Tag option.

How can email be filtered?
If you decide to use the Log and Tag option, mail is delivered to you with an additional item: $DNSBLSite. You then need to set up a rule for what to do with emails containing this item. Unfortunately, even Lotus Notes 6 doesn't offer this functionality. So you have a tagged message, but you can't set up any anti-spam actions. Of course, you may write an Agent, but do you want to explain this to your hundreds of employees? Guess what happens with normal error rate....
