I didn't get to read my novel that day. I spent all day deleting the multiple copies of Phil's message, emptying trash folders, and compacting files.
Later Phil apologized to me and, at the request of the vice president, promised never to write another agent. I've since enabled Mail Attender to prevent anyone else from following Phil's lead, but I haven't told Phil.
