I heard Jane's giggles over the cubicle wall. Frank had been looking at the Inbox for his personal Yahoo account, not his company email.

The agent is now a standard addition to the mail template. Spam is still a problem despite multiple filters at the gateway. The people on the help desk have developed a standard sympathetic response to complaints. But we haven't had many giggles about the problem in a long while.
