Help Name Our New Application Results (Finally!)
Corey Davis of Conxsys has announced the results of his "Help Name Our New Application" contest. The new name is nsfRewind. What does it do? It sits on your server and monitor's Server Documents for changes. If a change occurs nsfRewind logs it. Then, if a Server Document field is modified, intentionally or otherwise, the field can reverted to the original value without massive hair-pulling. Corey will be looking for Beta testers in the next couple of weeks, he promises.

SNTF: How to stop your BES from trying to access a Domino Server
Ray Bilyk offers a 'Show-n-Tell' on keeping your BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server) from accessing your Domino Servers. Major electrical work meant the Domino Server at one site would be down. But that meant the BES wouldn't be able to access the data for users on that server. RIM Support helped find a simple solution to the problem.

Quickr 8.1 FixPack 2 available
FixPack 2 for Quickr 8.1 for Domino, with 40 or so fixes, is available now for download from Fix Central.
"Could not find the main class" while running Quickr hotfix installer
Michael Urspringer offers a heads-up if you run Quickr with non-English settings. You may get the error "Could not find the main class. Program will exit" while running the Java installer for Quickr (Domino) fixpack 8102. If you do, temporarily change the region settings of your server to "English".
